About the role

As our People Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier trainees to our clients, ensuring both trainee and client success. You'll be the linchpin that ensures our people are happy and thriving in their roles, while our clients benefit from their talents. 

What you will do

+ Lead and Manage Teams: Set goals, provide feedback, and coach our trainee teams to ensure high performance.

 

+ Ensure Quality Delivery: Oversee the delivery of trainees to clients, ensuring they meet high standards in people skills and professional competencies. 

+ Support and Develop Trainees: Coach trainees on people skills during bootcamp and provide ongoing support as they transition into client roles. 

+ Policy and Procedure Development: Implement efficient policies and procedures to ensure smooth team operations. 

+ Facilitate Communication: Promote collaboration within trainee teams and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

+ Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record in leading and managing teams. Your leadership skills are second to none, and you know how to bring out the best in people.

+Effective Communicator: You're fluent in both English and Dutch, able to communicate clearly and effectively with partners and international trainees.
